Hapa Eats Across America
By Alex Chester & Melissa Slaughter
Outside the Hapa Food Truck.
Summer is all about travels, adventures, and road trips. When we travel, we like to eat! So what better way to blend our love of traveling, food, and Hapas than to give you the Rundown of Hapa Food! We’ve broken out list down region, by region. And we’re featuring not only Hapa famous foods (like Hapa Food Truck), but we also wanted to showcase Hapa Chefs and restaurateurs, like Tara Lazar (Cheeky's), Katsuji Tanabe (MexiKosher) and Scott Roberts (Salt Lick BBQ). We even added a few restaurants run by interracial couples that have the perfect Hapa fusion food (We're looking you at you, Shalom Japan).
Keep an eye out for some of your travel destinations or favorite spots!
