Recipe: Whole Roasted Branzino
By Alex Chester
This next recipe is stupid easy, but your friends or hot date is gonna think you are a cooking goddess/god.
Ingredients:
1 whole branzino cleaned
Olive oil
Salt
Garlic powder
1 Lemon
Preheat Oven at 425℉
Douse that fish inside and out in olive oil, salt, garlic powder.
Squeeze half a lemon all over the fish. Slice up the remaining half of lemon and place inside of fish. And if you want to get real fancy, you can zest about a teaspoon of the lemon and sprinkle it all over the fish.
Throw in preheated oven at 425 for about 30 mins.
Serve with roasted potatoes or couscous, and please be careful of bones. Choking in front of your friends or date is a really bad (funny) way to end the evening.
